On scenic Ivö in the middle of Skåne's largest lake, you will find Gårdshotellet with its own vineyard. Three different types of grapes are grown here, Solaris, Rondo and Regent. All grape varieties are adapted to our slightly colder Nordic climate and produce fresh, aromatic wines. Today, both red, white, rosé and sparkling wines are produced, which can be enjoyed in the restaurant at Gårdshotellet. In the restaurant, all food is prepared from scratch with organic and locally produced ingredients. Here, adults and children enjoy well-prepared food, a relaxing bath in our outdoor spa and a good night's sleep in one of our individually decorated rooms. Ivö invites you to peace and quiet, a meeting place for family, friends and colleagues to socialize and meet. The farm hotel has a total of 15 rooms where toilets and showers are located in common areas. These are located close to the rooms and our outdoor spa with wood-fired hot tub and Jacuzzi. If you are a large group or a conference group, it is fine to rent the entire farm. You then have access to all rooms, conference rooms and Utespa. The perfect place for an escape-proof conference in an inspiring environment.
