Where the road between Odense and Faaborg crosses the Odense River, you will find Brobyværk Kro. The idyllic inn on the river has held a royal warrant since 1732, and has a long tradition of welcoming guests. Over the years, the inn has, of course, been modernised, but the spirit and cosy atmosphere remain intact, and the kitchen has gained an excellent reputation.
