Our ambition is to maintain the character of the granary and the sense of the building's history, while providing you with a consistently warm and welcoming experience, allowing you to truly feel the island's small community spirit where everyone knows everyone! Our kitchen draws inspiration from Swedish and French traditions and classics, influenced by the similarities found in Asian cuisines, as well as the rich flavors of Latin America and the Middle East.
